From a cold gusty windy morning to a not so bad winters day. Though “me” thinks a either a warmer coat or another layer underneath will be required for SUNDAY FAMILY DINNER tonight - don’t tell anyone but Ms X is joining us..
* just warm enough for a linen bomber from Beams Tokyo, but cool enough for a cheesy grin
What a ride - Things are going to be exciting when it is raining & there is a 45km gusty wind shifting all over the place.
Also factor in that I am 69kg, bike is 7kg fully loaded (cage, full bottle, peddles, & tools), & have semi-deep dish carbon wheels.
Yes, we got blown around. But we did it & look back with a smile.
Ms X asked why we do it - there is no simple answer other than rides like this morning with friends sharing a common bond, just make us stronger when the tough times come around.
Why is it getting colder when the reverse should be happening..
